Not a realtor. Just a local who knows this city deeply — and loves helping people land here well.
Let's Get StartedI am not a realtor. That means I have no financial stake in which home you buy, which neighborhood you pick, or which school district you land in. My only job is to give you honest, boots-on-the-ground guidance — so you can make the best decisions for your family with full confidence.
St. Pete is not one place. It is a mosaic of distinct neighborhoods, each with its own vibe, its own walkability, its own relationship to the water. The difference between landing in the right spot and spending a year wishing you had chosen differently often comes down to having one person who can explain it all honestly — someone who lives it every day.
That is what St. Pete Home Concierge is. A local resource. A trusted guide. Someone in your corner from the first conversation until long after you have unpacked.
St. Pete has a way of surprising people. They think they know what they are getting — sun, beaches, a chill Florida vibe — and then they get here and discover a thriving arts scene, a strong community culture, walkable historical neighborhoods, waterfront parks, and a downtown that punches well above its weight. They also discover that choosing between the Grand Central District and the Old Northeast, or between Shore Acres and Kenwood, requires a very different set of conversations than they expected.
What the streets feel like. The neighborhoods where an active association means porch parties, going all-out for Halloween with fog machines and lines around the block, lighting up every tree for Christmas until the whole street glows, and a yard sale that half the city shows up to. Which areas sit in flood zones and what that actually means for your yard after a storm. Where to find your people on a Friday night and which spots the locals actually go to. And the watchouts nobody puts in a listing — the block with the parking nightmare, the street with the cut-through traffic, the neighborhood with the century-old drainage that backs up every August. All of that lives in local knowledge. None of it is in any listing. All of it matters.
I know this city the way you know a city only after you have lived in it deeply. And I want to hand that knowledge to you before you ever sign a lease or make an offer.
We get on a call, pull up a map, and I walk you through the city honestly — what each area is really like and where you would fit. Can't visit yet? I walk neighborhoods and properties on video so you can see exactly what it feels like before you ever book a flight.
When you visit, I take you in hand — driving the neighborhoods, stopping at the parks, coffee shops, and local spots so you feel each area, not just see it. Clients consistently leave knowing exactly where they belong.
Pinellas County's choice school system is confusing to navigate — no simple zones, lottery-based programs, and a lot to consider. I help families understand their options and make sure their kids are exactly where they want them.
Whether you are looking for walkable waterfront streets, an active social scene, top-rated healthcare nearby, golf and pickleball, or simply a neighborhood where neighbors become friends — I help you find exactly where this chapter of life should be lived.
Local events, social clubs, community groups, the best beaches for your vibe, running clubs, paddleboard culture, arts and dining — I help you arrive not just with a home, but with a head start on actually living here.
Checking in on your new place, receiving a package, meeting a vendor — the things you simply cannot do from a thousand miles away. And once you are settled, I am still a text away for recommendations, trusted local contacts, and whatever comes up.
I know St. Pete the way you know a city only after living in it for years — the streets, the schools, the flood zones, the hidden gems, and the places to avoid.
Relocating involves a thousand small questions at odd hours. I am reachable, responsive, and in your corner throughout the whole process.
Every client has a different life, a different set of priorities, and different reasons for choosing St. Pete. I start fresh with every family and build guidance around your specific situation.
I am not a realtor and I am not paid on commission. My advice is honest because I have nothing to gain from steering you toward anything.
The transition does not end when you get your keys. I am still here — with local recommendations, trusted contacts, and a friendly text when you need it.
Whether your move is next month or next year, the best time to start is now. No pressure, no pitch — just an honest conversation about your needs and how I may be able to support you on your move to St. Pete.
Hi, I'm Jewel — founder of St. Pete Home Concierge.
My family and I moved to St. Pete completely blind. We had never even visited before deciding to make it our home. Every decision was made from hundreds of miles away, fueled by Google searches and plenty of anxiety. On our very first trip, the realtor we had connected with online stood us up. Our household shipment arrived before we did — to a house we had never stepped inside — and we had no one local to call. Every step felt uncertain, stressful, and overwhelming.
Since moving here, I have heard the same thing from so many fellow transplants. When you are relocating, you are making some of life's biggest decisions without local knowledge, trusted connections, or the ability to see things firsthand. It does not have to be that way. That experience is why St. Pete Home Concierge exists.
Before this, I spent 15 years in a demanding corporate career — engineer by education, former Division 1 athlete, and most recently at L'Oreal leading a team and managing a portfolio of nearly a billion dollars in spend. That work taught me how to ask the right questions, cut through noise, and earn trust quickly in new environments. Those are exactly the skills I bring to every relocation client.
Outside of this work, my favorite role is being a wife and mom. My husband and I have known each other for more than 20 years, and we are raising our two kids in the city we took a chance on and now proudly call home — paddleboarding Coffee Pot, playing beach volleyball at North Shore, and finding any excuse to be near the water. Living here is not just where I live. It is a lifestyle I genuinely love, and it is why I care so much about helping others find their place in it.
Everything you need to arrive well — and stay well — in St. Pete.
Before we look at a single home, I want to understand how you actually live. Do you want walkable streets with a coffee shop on the corner, or a quiet waterfront block? Are you coming for work in downtown St. Pete, or commuting to Tampa? Are you looking for a neighborhood with young energy, or one that is quieter and more established? Do you have dogs who need a park nearby? Once I understand the shape of your life, I can narrow St. Pete from overwhelming to obvious — no wasted weekends touring the wrong parts of town.
For families with children, schools in St. Pete work differently than almost anywhere else — and it catches a lot of newcomers off guard. Pinellas County is a choice county, which means there aren't simple neighborhood school zones. Instead, you are choosing from a wide landscape of public schools, magnets, IB programs, Montessori options, language immersion schools, and more — each with its own curriculum, culture, and commute. Most programs are lottery-based, with deadlines and waitlists that move fast. I know this firsthand as a transplant mom who had to figure it all out the hard way.
I help families understand how the system actually works, what questions to ask, which programs tend to be the best fit for different kinds of kids, and how to make sure you are in the right position to get into the schools you want. And for families who are leaning toward private school, I can walk you through those options too. It is one of the most important and most confusing parts of relocating here — and having someone who has already navigated it makes all the difference.
St. Pete consistently ranks among the best places in the country to retire — and anyone who has spent time here understands why. The weather, the water, the culture, the energy of a city that genuinely loves being outside and being together. But finding the right neighborhood within St. Pete is still a decision that deserves careful thought, and that is where I come in.
I help retirees and empty nesters think through the things that matter most at this stage — walkability, access to world-class healthcare, proximity to the water, the social fabric of a neighborhood, HOA considerations, and the kind of day-to-day lifestyle each area supports. Golfing mornings, waterfront walks, arts and culture evenings, weekend farmers markets, social clubs with people who share your interests. St. Pete has all of it. I help you find exactly where you fit.
Many of my clients start their St. Pete relocation from thousands of miles away. I make that work. I walk neighborhoods on video and show you everything — not just the pretty parts, but the surrounding streets, the noise, the parking, the vibe at different times of day.
I give you honest reads on every area. I coordinate with your realtor, your timeline, and your HR team if a corporate move is involved. I show up so you do not have to — until the moment you are ready to.
When you do visit, I take you in hand. We map out the trip ahead of time based on everything you have told me about your life, your priorities, and the neighborhoods you are curious about. Then we hit the ground.
We drive the streets, stop at the parks and coffee shops, walk the waterfronts. By the end of the day, my clients almost always say the same thing: they came in overwhelmed and they are leaving knowing exactly where they belong. If you are flying in for a relocation trip, reach out and let's plan it together.
Relocating is already complicated enough. My pricing is not.
You have done your research, narrowed your options, and mostly know where you are headed. You just want to run it by someone who actually lives here before you commit.
This is a focused engagement — text, email, and calls — where I answer your questions, poke holes where I see them, and make sure you are walking into your move with confidence.
End-to-end support from first conversation to fully settled.
One flat fee, no hourly tracking, no nickel-and-diming — just focus on your move. Most clients find that this pays for itself quickly. On average, my support saves families three trips to St. Pete, countless hours of research, and the much harder-to-quantify cost of making the wrong call on a neighborhood or a school. The flat structure also means we can just work together — no awkward conversations about whether a text counts as a billable task.
Every relocation is different, and some situations do not fit a package.
Maybe you need someone to oversee a renovation before you arrive. Maybe you need ongoing support after your move — errands, logistics, getting settled. Maybe it is something else entirely. Reach out and we will figure out what makes sense for your situation.
No pressure, no pitch — just an honest conversation about your move to St. Pete.
Whether your move is next month or next year, I'd love to hear from you. Reach out however feels most natural — email, text, or social media.
Send me a note anytime — I'll get back to you quickly.
